The location was fantastic, being close to the metro for exploring the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a solid selection that kept us energized for our sightseeing adventures. However, we found the room a bit too warm, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The Crowne Plaza offers a spacious and well-appointed room with a comfortable bed and a working desk, making it ideal for business travelers. The hotel’s green initiatives and commitment to sustainability are evident throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a great selection of items, including freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The staff was consistently friendly and efficient, assisting me whenever needed.

An unfortunate downside was the payment method limitations, as I could not settle my bill with my ATM card.

My stay was ruined by the service failure. We were promised daily room cleaning, yet after two days, our room wasn't touched! When I inquired, the staff had no solutions and just shrugged it off, which was infuriating. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a guest.

Great location next to the metro. Quiet room with fantastic views. Issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. Enjoyed the golf course nearby.

Plus, we hit up the Royal Championship Golf Course, which was a great spot just a short ride away. The breakfast was solid, and the location near the metro was super convenient for exploring more of the area.

One downside was the loud music at the bar. we couldn't hear each other, which cut our night short.

We had a super chill stay here! The metro was literally around the corner, which made getting to the city center a breeze, only took us 10 min! Our room was so quiet and comfy, really liked the heated bathroom floors and free water too. Only annoying thing was that housekeeping was a bit late. No biggie though.

Just a good match for a couple of nights in Copenhagen with great value for the money. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes that exceeded my expectations. Be sure to make use of the metro for easy access to downtown.

Ideal spot for groups looking to vibe

The hotel’s atrium was a real gem, filled with exotic plants that just made you feel alive. Plus, we had an awesome time at the Bark Bar after the concert where it was just party vibes all around. dancing and hanging with friends felt so right.

It wasn't exactly on the cheap side but it was still good enough to keep us coming back.

We really appreciated the spacious room with a lovely view and the convenience of being close to public transport. Our non-service dog felt welcome, and we even enjoyed a delightful meal at the on-site restaurant, which had a friendly vibe.

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a designated play area was disappointing for the kids.

Enjoyed a cozy four-night stay with a clean and spacious room. Found the coffee shop nearby perfect for grab-and-go breakfasts. Just a bit of a trek to the city center, so plan your transport accordingly. Staff was helpful despite some location challenges.
